How about twice a week you come up with a way to stop spending money?
Councilman Bernard Parks: “I hate to say this publicly because it gives people ideas about lawsuits.”
Oh yeah! Seems like they don’t need you to give them law suit fodder. All they have to do is get an unscrupulous lawyer after reading about your outrageous settlements on frivolous suits.

But hey — let’s spend umpteen million dollars and go into the elephant circus business with a new “sanctuary” in the Valley! Yeah- tax 911, but put one elephant on 60 acres of public land, taking away park land from people. They won’t even notice, and they’ll re-elact us all! That’s the ticket! Woo-whoo!
