Dr. Angel says that “they’re commited to a set of core values” and “really look at everything that you’re doing”. What a bunch of sh!t. She’s not telling you anything.
She’s probably having the teachers do something that the LAUSD doesn’t want them to do, which is to kick out the bad teachers and use computerize testing to identify each child’s problem areas, via data collection. So, she kicked out the bad teachers and replaced them with good teachers who are able to utilize that data. Problem areas for each student were identified with computer accuracy and tutors were assigned to address and re-teach the student’s deficiencies.
Yes, I’ll bet what actually happened is that the bad teachers were identified and kicked out. Bad teachers were replaced with good teachers, ones that the parents and students respected and very much liked. The students were motivated to learn and to reward the teacher’s efforts.
Is that so difficult to understand?

Aren’t you getting it? This lady is a deceptioness. She’s implying that better student scores comes with more caring and hand-holding. Hah. The way to improve student scores is to use computerized testing, with modern teachers, and to compare comprehension among students. Then, re-teach the areas that were not comprehended by that student.
The problem with this is that political correctness liberals don’t like classifying and categorizing each student. The good part is that the dummy students would be identified and lent additional teaching. But, LAUSD doesn’t like to show off it’s bulk of dummy students.
