Why Is Everybody Always Picking on TwoJobBob — You Know 2JB Who’s Simultaneously Running for Two Offices

@ronkayela Please stop telling the truth about me.

Tweets

@breakinglanews @latweetz @losangelescp I promise to focus on my job and not the next gig if elected. Pinky swear. #GetAJobBob

@kyamamura CA should not worry at all that its @CABudget Chair is running for two offices at once. TRUST ME! I’m a politician. #CAGOP

@ChrisMegerian Is it weird that I’ve never had any job outside government? And that I’ll do anything to preserve that?

@davidzahniser You say I’ve used the state as a “stepping stone” as if that’s a bad thing.

Even I had to angrily admit that “Get a Job Bob” is a pretty funny nickname. http://ronkayela.com/2012/09/the-blumenfield-challenge-get-a-job-bob.html …

@ronkayela Please stop telling the truth about me.

Dang it, it is so dang hard to govern CA with one foot out the door. #ParksScandal #CABudget #CAGov #CAGOP #LosAngeles #CAPolitics #CA

Please, #Democrats in my district, don’t notice that I am running for 2 offices at once. Don’t vote for @votekolski

@JessesHunting @cowpolitics You don’t really believe I’m sorry, do you? I’m THRILLED we have bills on hound dogs to distract from

  1. Wayne from Koretz-Occupied Encino says TOSS OUT 2JOB BOB! says:

Another PUTZ running for multiple six figure do-nothing worthless-to-human jobs! If re-elected to his current worthless do-nothing job, and if the DUMMIES OF CD3 install this fink onto the Clowncil, we’ll have one of those famous “interim elections” which will cost another MILLION BUCKS MORE! In cd6, soon-to-be Congress-Clown Cardenas will cost the City MILLIONS to fill his seat in a “special election” come Nov. In CD3, the mailboxes are being filled with Bob’s mailers and Sherman’s mailers calling this crap “community meetings” which the stamp says “PAID FOR AND PRINTED AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE” on it!
2 JOB BOB has become an increasingly WEIRDO kind of politician even for L.A. Corruptopia standards.
Meanwhile, back at the Encino Ranch—Koretz’ troops went behind my property and butchered my trees and ivey to make room for the huge garbage trucks that squeeze into a cul de sac rather than turn around and take the cans to the next curb! Koretz’ Army cut parts of ivey that take DECADES to grow and mature to cover the walls between the Ranch and the rest of the Corruptopia. Of course there never was a single word of NOTICE beforehand. Then the power went out AGAIN this year for about 3 HOURS!
2 BOB JOB–another reason to FIND A BUYER FOR YOUR SFV HOME!

    • MissAnthrope says:

Please, Wayne, come and take my neighbor’s ivy that grows into my yard bringing with it all kinds of varmints. I’ve been trying to get rid of those crappy vines for years even if they cover a nuthin’-will-grow-on-it hill.

I thought it was illegal for pols to use their Franking privileges for campaigning. Someone call the FEDS!

  2. Teddy says:

Thank you for the expose, Ron.

I cannot help but notice that it is very rare for successful people to run for office.
Kevin James and Cary Brazeman are currently the only ones that I know and
they prove the rule. What we need are not government careerists, but citizens
who are sick and tired of the deliberate way the City Council, State Legislature,
and LA County manaqge to attract only the careerists, who then run our government
in a profitable way not only for friends but also themselves.

Why don’t I run for a term? At 91, my capabilities to get around are very limited,
but I can use my pc to help campaigns of citizens who want to “clean house”. I really
believe none of the city council people running for office should be elected. But they will if no one runs against them.

  3. Teddy says:

I forgot one thing: While you are in office you will be reimbursed and/or
paid for your time, trips, o’time, and will be able to hire assistance.

Who would be interested in a job like that? You will be an active citizen.
    And therefore respected.

I have known many, many volunteers because I worked as a volunteer in the PTA, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Team Mother, Room Mother I am still a volunteer at my church (prayer ministry), but most of all since 1971 (after my daughters were grown and my husband worked as parent volunteeer little league with our son) I am a member of the Canoga Park West Hills Republican Women Federated. There are clubs in Woodland Hills, Reseda-Tarzana and all over LA County.

There are many of us well qualified, by education and experience, who could also run for office. Why not?

  4. 2JobBob is going to Job the City of Los Angeles with all the financial wizardy he learned in Sacramento, like claiming the budget is balanced when it really is only $16 billion in the hole.

  5. anonymous says:

So how much will it cost for a re-vote if Bob wins both seats and has to resign from one of them?

  6. Wayne from the most corrupt city in history (Chicago is #2 again) whose post awaits moderation says:

Re: Anonymous question: How much for a special election for 2 JOB BOB:
1-2.5 MILLION bucks to fill his Sacramento Seat if elected to the Clowncil.
